	I don't want to speak for Casey, because I don't know the details of this transaction. But have you ever tried to get screened posters hung in a city where you don't live? Usually the band doesn't get there until the day of the show, so they aren't going to do it. And the promoter isn't going to take the time to hang color posters. Especially if they cost $5 a piece. And even if you do get them hung they usually get stolen in the first day. The only work around I've ever found is to tube a bunch up at my own expense and send them to each record store with a note asking them to hang the posters in their window until the day of the show, after which they can take it home or whatever. My guess is Spoon made these as merch to sell at the show.
