In the USA there are plenty of people who have the reaction "PC bad, fuck PC." Which I understand and in some cases share, though in other cases I think it's taken to a retarded extreme (ooh I said retarded!)
In Europe (with the possible exception of Germany and the aforementioned swastika) I don't have the impression PC itself ever came to a point that it was something to backlash against as a phenomenon in itself. But to interpret that as meaning there's an enligtened, post-racial, post-nationalistic society that has matured beyond the need to consider these things, is just completely wrong.
I like this poster a lot, but I think in playing loose with something that should be handled with great care, it fails.
Yeah... though there is a lot to like about this poster, you're in dangerous territory here. This would not fly in the USA, at all. Even if you are intending to comment on racial stereotypes in culture and people's reactions to them, this is clumsy.
It's is a bit like if I did a poster for a German band, and put a swastika on it.
