But, you're still commenting in the context of it's relationship to Jay's style.
My point stands.

I dunno, it's pretty obvious to me.

There is nothing wrong with incorporating the influence of other artists. We all do it to some degree. It tends to get called out more often when the influence is Jay's, because the characteristics of Jays work are so familiar and recognizeable to the GP readership.
Is it fair? no. But that's how it is. If you ever want your work to be evaluated on other terms than "this looks like a jay rip," you've got to break out of this.

Opener on this, Decapitado, is Dan from Die Kreuzen's new band. 100% metal but with HC roots still evident. Later Die Kreuzen was somewhat lacking in aggression but Decapitado brings it back in spades. Great band that's flying under the radar, for now.

You have an immediately recognizeable, individual style. Amid the current eruption of way too many posters, that is a very, very good thing.

Back in 96 when we first got our space, we rented it out for a huge Zulu Nation party.

Long story short, I saw many handguns, many blunts, witnessed a massive breakdancing competition, and was officially made a knight in the Zulu Nation. I am "Sir Opie Ron Howard" and have the medallion to prove it.
