  "All I've ever seen is the 6 or so posters this guy has and a handful of folks get really self righteous about them being legit. what is under his profile are unknown bands with what look to be straight up posters. and some of you are freaking out about them."

The other ones were removed earlier dude.

For instance, there was one for an Acrade Fire show in Tokyo.

  Look dude, if you ARE looking to make some posters to pad out your portfolio, there are lots of legitimate ways to do it.

Theres always local bands that could use some free work (if youre doing fictitious posters, youre working for free anyway and at least this way someone gets something out of it) and good ones at that.

I dont know for sure that you are. But if you are, theres better ways to build a portfolio.
