Doolittle, originally I was working with a late 1800's family portrait. I decided that I didn't want to work with that and I started looking for images of cattle stampedes, horses and the like. I happened upon a cool picture of an elk but I thought it was too similar to AA's Mogwai poster. So then I found the deer image. Initially, I was going with the olde west look but I think that gets pretty over done for Neko so I decided to go with more modern mid-western values. Outside of the reasons listed below, I chose the keystone shape because it is the most important stone in an archway support - Neko Case and her friends - 'You've got a friend in Pennsylvannia: The Keystone State" Way too much stuff for anyone to ever string together and I'm probably reaching anyway.
