I found what I thought was an original copy of Gathering of Promises (which I had never seen) in Calgary at a record swap and paid a pretty gross price for it, mostly because I was briefly obsessed with that song. It turned out to be the "wheels go round" album which is a piss-poor mid-80's recording of most of the gathering of promises songs.. fucking bummed me out and ruined this band for me... Rod Prince redid Hot Smoke and puts a Whitesnake spin on it.. P fucking U
