	the entire tour is sold out. It does not need to be promoted. Santa Cruz was added late but the promoter knew what was going on. And they were there sooner than 3 days before the show. The promoter was fully aware of the contract there was a package for them and a package for the band. The fact that Zach says our name came up when the promoter was asking him to do the poster shows they knew about it and had him do it anyway. I'm not blaming Zach at all if this is what happened. The promoter shouldn't have wasted his time. Our contract is first and foremost to provide the band with merch for their tour. That's why this can't be sold.

	supposed to be silver on brown paper but it took so long for approval we couldn't get French to ship the paper for less than a million dollars to get it done in time. So it's a brown flood with silver. printed by Patent Pending. Edition of 600 :o and they didn't cancel dates they just kept flip flopping on how many they wanted on the poster...
