Default Archive Browsing Options

This might have come up before, I don't know.
But I was wondering if there was a way to add a feature, where you could be looking at a particular poster... and instead of just clicking the left and right buttons,

you could click on a button that would show a page of posters surrounding that poster, not unlike flickr's “browse” button:

Is that possible?

Totally possible. The problem is .. the thumbnails are 200 pixels and would take up too much space.

oh, I don't necessarily mean the thumbnails, but the “browse” could be a button or text link or whatever.

On Flickr, when you click the browse link (between the arrows), it takes you to a page full of photos, containing the photo you are currently looking at. I'm saying it would be cool to be able to do that.

Hmm .. there might be issues there, as the arrows basically 'browse' the entire archive of posters in sequential order.

To show a page of posters based on the entire archive .. and then allow paging between pages of 12 .. might be an issue. (there would be 10s of thousands of pages)

I'll check it out and see if its doable.
