Who is interested in Chat / Webcams on GP? And more?

I'd definitely pay just because this is pretty much the only site of real value to me on the interent. But not to be a buzz kill, but you could do the whole group chat/webcam thing with MSN for free

as far as chat - like AIM chat? sorry - I'm sure this has all been covered, and I'm late to the party.

AIM chat is pretty much the way the bboard runs now. But I'm in.
