Gig Posters RSS/Widget Feed?

Is there a Gig Posters RSS feed that I can apply to my OSX Dashboard Widgets? I dont know what a RSS feed is, but it would be ultra cool to see the "Lattest Discussions" on the main page on my desktop.

Am I off my rocker?

I actually suggested it about 6 months ago. I thought it was a good idea then and I still think its a good idea.

I just have no clue on how to make one.

Only draw back is the widget updates every 30 mins.. not every minute.. oh well.. perhaps there is a better news feed widget out there?
