I'm pretty sure for OFFICIAL release info you need to mail Clay a hard copy of your brief and wait the standard 4-6 weeks while the comittees review and fact check it.

provided alison down in the mailroom actually does her job and gets stuff to clays assistant on time. she got really lazy since the whole pregnancy fiasco. i havent even submitted anything in a while just because im sick of having to call her every 15 minutes.

I'm pretty sure Clay posts all the official releases in the news section.
richie moderates it though and basically deletes every thread that clay starts.
