Many times when I look at a poster on this site I wonder "was this poster screenprinted?, offset?, Color copy???, Never printed at all?" I think when someone submits a poster there should be a place where they put how it was printed. Maybe it's just me because I'm a printer, but I think it would be a nice thing to know. Just an idea.

i agree. that kind of detail would be a nice addition; maybe a small description area.

I think clay mentioned that he was workin on such a feature, doesnt seem like it would be too hard now with all self poster posting thing.

or hell, if the poster/flyer maker cares enough, they could just type it in the comments box...
I'd actually like to see more commentary from teh creators in the boxes for their own work, but I just like hearing stories/details about people's work, it makes it more real and interesting, but maybe that's just me.

I agree... printing process, paper, press run (if it applies), and designer comments would be really helpful and intersting.

a agree nolen. hearing some stories about the jobs is cool. gooch told me about the sandpaper one you did (before you posted the story here). sounds cool. and some details about the printing process are what make some posters. i felt that way about two of mine and included those details in the jpeg.
but, you're right, you could easily just put them in the comments.
