loosen the avatard constraints?

could we be allowed a little bigger file size and image size on the avatars in the forums? that's some pretty tight constraints I understand the speed factor, but give a little bit and I bet you get a LOT more micro eyecandy from all these wacky visual fools. tyia imho gl hf pz
