I need to know what you think:

Should I reverse the sort-order on the comments screens? Is it confusing?

Currently the newest comments are at the top. (You see the newest comment right away, but you have to read the comments from the bottom up to understand what is going on)

Please respond and let me know what you think. (it is real easy to change.. I just don't want to confuse anyone)

Speaking of sort-order... how about changing the sort order on the forum page. In other words have the newest forum message on top. Some of the forum discussions are getting pretty long with multiple pages (proof that the site works). If one has followed a discussion for then the new sortorder would bring up immediately the latest posting rather then having to click to the last page and scroll down to the bottom. Just my preference.

that is a great idea! that is true, if there are a bunch of comments, you will see them anyway if you leave the last comment on the frontpage... that way there are threads for most recent posters that have comments on..

did that make sense?

I don't know if you've tried this yet, but if you click on the page number at the top of the long discussions, it will take you to the last page immediately. If you haven't seen them, look at the very top of a long discussion that has multiple pages and there are tiny 1, 2, 3, numbers there. Each is a link to that specific page.

I like the discussions in descending order... it's like reading a book, so it feels natural. IMO, it would just be more confusing., that's just my opinion & ya'll know what they say about those....
