I'll be down there after SXSW. Will report back on the craziness.

I get the impression the main craziness is confined to the border region. A few years ago it seemed like it was hip for San Diego kids to relocate to TJ... I bet it isn't anymore.

"Every single Crosshair poster I've ever seen is almost exactly the same. Do these guys even have a bit of creativity in them? I mean, come one - shitty old building pics photoshopped with text over them. Pretty pathetic to say the least."

"it just seems like so little effort is put into creating this? am i missing something?"

Someone add up the totals of all the murders in American cities that revolve around drugs. I'm sure the numbers are statistically the same.

Makes a good story. Feeds the fear. The war on terror hasn't produced too many headlines lately. Drug crazed Mexicans are the new Arabs.

Murders surrounding drugs are one thing beheaded bodies littering the streets is quite another isn't it? I think it is indeed.

And there are not a lot of drug dealers in the States that are willing to kidnap and murder U.S. Soldiers.

And the idea of that shit spilling over the boarder into Los Angeles county makes me unhappy.

i remember when the bass player for a band i played with in high school came back from spending the night in a TJ jail wondering if he had been ass raped or not. he was pretty sure he had.

My trip to Tijuana many years ago was probably the most unsafe I've ever felt.

    Flatstock 21: Mexico City.

The rock art world would be a better place if a third of you didn't return.

see the problem is, the third you don't want to return is the third that doesn't party like illustrators. so basically all the rock posters artist illustrators, decoder ring, AA, and methane boys would all end up dead.
