Epson 1280... prints sheets up to 13" x 19" ... can also print off of a roll...

you can probably pick one up cheap... not sure about two sided printing though

dunnooo about the double-sided part, maybe cruise the Epson forums for that question?

i bought it for transparencies AND color print outs on cardstock and heavy papers. seems good, especially for the price. it's not the top of line printer for color prints, but it's good and the inks are decently rated. again, it's a lot of bang for the buck, but not the king of printers. cost $275 or so.

paper capacity is 13 x 19, but i don't know if it does rolls like the 1280.

are you mac or pc charlie?

totally not even being funny! it's important. honest. HP hates the shit out of mac, even though they claim their printers are supported. they ain't. especially for the higher-end models, but if you use a PC they are great printers.

the epson 1400 is only 170ish if you pick it up refurbished from the epson site. I love mine, cant print on rolls, having trouble with alignment on double sided printing.
