Default Intentionally using a screen that's too small?

Hey, so I know you need to leave a fair margin on your screens due to the tautness/difficulty of printing over by the frame, BUT let's say you were considering using paper about the same size as your screen to intentionally get an interesting edge effect on the margins.

Would that be dumb? Does it look cool? Anyone have any examples?

    Inquiring newbs want to know.

    Again.
Do it and decide for yourself.
    OR
print a few on acetate and use one you like to burn it onto a proper sized screen.

You'll most likely get the edge effects in the corner(s) or around your reg tabs and it will pretty much look like you didnt have the pressure to pull off the screen correctly. If your looking for an 'artistic' way of getting a rough edge effect, this method would be very hard to control.

Heh. Don't think you gotta worry about me just yet. Just a newbie doing stuff for my own purposes at this point.
