    Default Ulano 925wr

I just switched to this from the wr/cl. My question is, after I sensitize it, is it suppose to be a baby-poo color? It doesn't seem right, but that's what I've got.

I thought it was suppose to be a pale violet. Any thoughts?

Thanks, I was concerned since I'm used to the yellow of the CL. I never use the dye.

That would explain the "pale violet" description they give it. Or maybe it was that color before I added the sensitizer. I did it in the dark, so I didn't see it.

    Thanks!

I thought I f'ed up on mixing this the first time. It sure is the nastiest color once it is mixed, but seems to come back to a violet once it is dried on the screen.

Oh, and I love this stuff!

The natural yellow color of diazo changes unexposed stencils. When you expose them to UV energy, the diazo gives off nitrogen gas to cross link the emulsion and the yellow effect goes away, returning the stencil to it's original color.

Yellow 'safe lights', also effect the coating room color of the emulsion and stencil.

This color change is a handy way to monitor exposure, but never as good as a Stouffer 21 Step Gray Scale.

yep, poop color, that's what I've got.

Amazingly I have a gallon that has lasted me 2 years. Keep it in the fridge.
