    Default Which warps more?

Which warps more, 80# or 100# paper. We're using cougar if anyone wants to be that specific, and speedball.

Client is requesting a mid edition change and I don't want to print a test on paper we don't have.

    is there a general rule?

80, generally the lower the weight of the paper, the less volume of it there is to suck up ink.

that's always been my experience, depends on the kind of paper too sometimes.

Your screen mesh is a big determining factor too. I just printed a 10 color full bleed with 100% coverage of Dur-o-tone #70 newsprint and had barely any warp. We printed the whole job with 230 mesh and TW 5500 series.

i use 305's almost exclusively. water-based ink warps significantly more than nazdar 5500, especially on french paper.
