Default Holy cow I got a good deal!

I do all my printing with either Speedball hinges or simply laying the screen over the shirts/paper that I print on, and decided it was time for a press. I was going to go with a $300 basic four color I saw on ebay, but then decided to just build one. As I was walking from my car to a metal shop to have some parts made, I got a call from a sign printing shop in town. Someone mentioned my name to the owner, and he called telling me had an old press for sale. In the end, I got a 4/2 press with micro registration, two 25x36" 255 mesh screens, seven 25x31" 230-255 mesh screens, six 20x25" 155-255 mesh screens, four squeegees, five gallons of ink, three gallons of ink detergent, a ton of literature, plus anything else screen printing related he finds this week, for $400! Plus, he hired me to make shirts for his shop! Now I just need some space...

thats one hell of a deal. seriously. Don't forget you need a flash cure AT LEAST if you can't get a conveyor dryer. And dont forget to get a lot of beer.

Cinnamon rolls are good after a trip through the dryer to, for those of us that get up in the morning anyway.
