    Default Photo Emulsion, preference?

I've heard of people using Ulano QTX, but I have read also that it's formulated for textile printing. If anyone knows of a better emulsion that works well for paper, I would very much appreciate it!

I have been using speedball emulsion, trying to burn screens about 18-24 inches away for 15min+ using a 500watt halogen with no consistent success so far, but I was wondering what some of you use?

    thanks!
    Dan

    Ulano 925WR.

Pretty much everyone in Mpls uses it. Great stuff, super strong, holds a great stencil, and is water resistant.

I use TZ. I used 925WR which made a good stencil but I had washout issues; TZ washes out like a dream and I've yet to make a bad stencil out of it. Granted I don't do huge editions (no more than 100 usually) so maybe the others are better for big runs.... But it's TZ for me!
