Default outdoor screenprinting demo - advice?

We have agreed (somewhat reluctantly) to conduct a screenprinting demo at an outdoor music festival at the end of April. We're going to be set up in an area that is sort of like a loading dock / parking structure, but it is essentially open to the elements.

I'm a bit concerned about the effect the weather and overall humidity (or lack thereof) will have on printing, since even opening the windows in our print studio can have an effect throughout the year. I predict that my screens could possibly clog quickly with dried ink, and that the paper will warp like crazy as it absorbs the relative humidity...

Has anyone ever tried anything like this? Should we expect a complete disaster? Any thoughts or advice?

Printer's lube, and lots of it.

Seriously a bunch of us did 500 a day outdoors in austin last year. we had minitornadoes, rain, heat, and Diesel puked on the screen a couple of times. Used speedball, it never dried in.

No big problems. contact me if you want a list of supplies Brian.

For a guy from Brooklyn, you're a little slow...

(printers lube we put in our rider last year, the New York ad people didn't know either. We ended up with a gallon of Titos. It kept the screens open)

mister bottle filled with Titos! One for you, one for the screen. If you can get a tent with 3 side walls BY ALL MEANS get it. It'll help a ton on the wind factor.
