Default The difference in mesh count

I am wanting to buy 2 different screens, the first would be for paper or smooth surfaces and the other would be for t-shirts. What is the best mesh for the 2? I am looking at Pocono Mt. Screen Supply - Products - Aluminum Frames

    can anyone help?

tshirts = lower mesh count than paper.

everyone varies slightly, but i'd go 110-150 max for shirts and 195-300 for prints/posters depending on your He-Man strength and detail work in your films.

i hover in the 195-230 range. but then again, i'm a she.

You're going to need more screens. 2 isn't going to last you very long.

I have 10 or so in constant rotation, and even then I feel like I'm always reclaiming.

    110-150 for tshirts.

    Twice that for paper.

we have about 12 for hand printing posters up to 18x24, and 4 for our semi auto.

man, when one of those 4 big ones goes, it's hell. we're running on one right now, and the place that restretches them for us is about 20 minutes away.
