    Default Quick Halftone Question

    -300 DPI
    -35 lines per inch halftone
    -45˚ angle
    -156 mesh count

    No problem? Huge Headaches?

    52 degree angle to avoid moire with mesh.

    If itwas me I would bump up the mesh to 200 mesh.

    Standard rule of thumb - maximum LPI of your halftone is 1/4 of your screen mesh.

    156 / 4 = 39

    I would say max 30.

    yeah I would go higher on the mesh count.

    No problem.
    Remember you can check for the moire by placing your screen on the film before coating and moving the screen until it's minimalized (light table is helpful). Then mark the position with pencil and coat.

    thanks a ton for all of the responses. I can't increase the mesh count due to what i already have available to me, so i have made the halftone 30 dots per inch and at an angle of 52˚. I'll let you know how printing goes.
