    Default A quick/simple poster process.

    I setup my little ghetto-fab studio in my basement several months ago and did a few halftone prints right away, but for one reason or another hadnt been down there to print in about a month. So last night I decided to throw together a quick 1 color print just to get back into the habit of printing.

    Exposing with 1 500W halogen work lamp hanging about 11" from the glass with a timing of about 9 minutes:


    Pretty painless washout using a cheap 300PSI pressure washer ($60@ homedepot)


    taped up & ready for action


    and the result, still sorta wet as you can see from the seeming blotchyness

    what emulsion are you using, i'm wondering because thats the same setup i have, 500 watt halogen. but mines a bit further away and exposure times are longer too. im gonna have to readjust me thinks

    using Ulano QTX... also forgot to mention that the typeface there is one that i'm working on
