    Default Printing t-shirts

You guys, bare with me. I already used the search function and tried to figure out a few things here but i simply dont know what i need to know.

Lets say i have something designed and i want the illustration to be printed on a tshirt. What do i need to know/consider in all of this?

Side note: why not make a sticky for something like this so people can always look up these things? Just saying.

    Thanks in advance!

the only advice I can offer with my limited tee printing experience is that you can't layer plastisol on top of one another without muckin it up, so you have to have very little to no trappin.

vector, or at the print size at 300DPI . . . or call the printer and ask what he/she/it needs . .

    Hello,
first of all if you have an only colour or more colors (not "puzzled") it's a possible thing, if you have "puzzled" colours you need a carousel.

    Bye,
    Fabio

I know, VERY vague question but i simply dont know what i need to know. Like what shirts to use( i know weight plays an important issue), can i have my own tag (or equivalent) in the back of the shirt, when i design the illustration with Illustrator, what to consider, things like these.

I really feel like an asshole asking all of this but i simply dont know where to start.

Are you planning on printing yourself? Or are you going to have someone do it for you?

Well, i dont have the equipment so i will have to have someone do it for me. I think i am going to post an inquiry in the anything goes section and check out who prints shirts.
