Default i'm going to the store tonight...need some suggestions

finally setting up shop this week. i'm building one of andy's vacuum tables, an exposure unit, and a washout booth. so here's what i want to know:

    1. the largest i will be printing is 22.5"x35", how big should i make the table top? what size shop vac would i need for proper suckage?

    2. can anyone recommend a decent pressure washer for a decent price?

    3. i searched the forums, could not find what i am looking for. basically, the only room i have for an exposure unit is on top of my flat files, so i want to build a self-contained unit, as opposed to the sheet of glass on top of 2 saw horses i was planning on using. i've seen what are just wooden boxes with about a dozen flourescent tubes in it, and a sheet of glass on top...is that any better than hanging a couple of halogen lights from the ceiling and putting glass on top of a screen?

    4. does anybody have any good plans for a diy exposure unit?

If you are going to the store, don't forget the bacon.

you'll spend more on replacement wands for the cheap pressure washers
than you will for a good washer.
the $129 ones at Home Depot are good (1800 psi)
