    Default Epson 1400

There is a good deal at London Drugs on the Epson 1400 for $300. Just wondering if anyone has one and if they have any advice on it. I will be using it mainly for printing portfolio pages but one thing I haven't been able to find out about it is whether you can run paper through it that is longer than 19". Is 19" its max or could I feed it longer paper? Danka.

i was JUST talking to M.Reusch about the very model this morning.

The epson clearance center has refurbished 1400s for $250. not sure if this link will work because of some cookie bullshit, but try it:

Hey, awesome. Thanks for the link. Doesn't look like you can feed paper longer than 19" through it. But maybe that is not that big of a deal. $250 for a 13x19 printer is damn awesome.

I had a friend buy one and he's had issues feeding thicker paper through it. Like cardstock weight, which to me, is pretty unacceptable.

I have a 1280, have had it for years and love it.

Dang. Do you know if I would have problems trying to run strathmore through it Frank? That really blows. I had my hopes up on this one. Maybe I'll have to spend the extra and grab an R1800...
