    Default Today's screen printing lesson

When doing a colour change on press, spray the screen with ink cleaner, not emulsion remover, it makes a really big mess, and then you have to start all over again.

    that's great. Well, not really.

along the same line, don't forget the hardener in the Nylon ink before you start the print run on 10,000 of the customer supplied little nylon folding wallets.

My employee only told me this about 10 years after it happened when we got drunk together and he didn't work for me anymore. I had to buy new relacement wallets. At the time, when they noticed the ink would peel right off, all I got was "I don't know..."
