    Default flatstock europe #3

    hi,
so i went to see Tanxxx this past week end and we talked about flatstock europe and we agreed that it would be great to make it happen at DOUR festival (20th Dour Festival | 17-20 July 08). this festival brings lot of people (144 000 this year) and they have a good program ( here is the program for 2007 edition 19th Dour Festival | 12-15 July 07 )
the festival lasts 4 days, it is located in belgium so a good place to come from abroad cause it's the crossroad of europe (see map here 19th Dour Festival | 12-15 July 07 )

so i said to tanxxx i would be ok to do a documentation to send to the people who runs this festival and try to seeif they would be ok to let us organise flatstock there.

so i'd like to know what do you think of this idea etc etc.
i think it probably would be better to continue on the API boards cause it concern people who got their API membership.

can't you throw a rock across Brussels? How do 140,000 people fit in it at the same time? Brussels, the clown car of Europe.

if they didn't guaranteed to consume a certain amount of energy per year,
the european power agency wouldn't let them into their net......

    just kidding, I guess...

    the festival looks impressive,
but how good does an outdoor festival, on a field, with camping goes together with buying fine art prints/posters?
as far as I understand it, all flatstocks are/were city-based so far.
I'm not trying to spoil anything, I'm just wondering.
maybe someone, who already sold merch during big festivals could share it's experiences.
