i had a great time. now i have to get all these canadians, texans and brits our of my house.

thanks to all the attendees for making us, as a group, look good.

thanks to paul 'gordo55' gordon for organizing the API volunteers and working all weekend, keeping track of stuff i couldn't keep track of.

thanks to the API volunteers who ran the table and carried other people's work, and cleaned up after us all. ron vinion, andy larson, brendan komala, josh rickun, wes jones, sean miloni, erik pedersen, fred hosman, jim gillingham, dan mahan, bill slater. did i miss anyone?

brady and lindsay at hammerpress did the letterpress piece used on the cover of the flatstock booklet. unfortunately their plans changed, and they weren't able to actually attend.

jon resh worked tirelessly on designing the booklet, and really got that all together. one of the finest free-range graphic design guns in chicago.

dameon guess at jakprints got our booklets printed, discounted, and shipped to us in one week, over the fourth of july weekend. all ecologically sound printing, you'll note - 100% recycled uncoated paper, soy inks. they have always done great print jobs for me.

speedball inks sponsored the booklet. they asked me to find someone to design an ad for them to put in the booklet, and sasha barr made one in like 2 hours. it looks great.

tom colley and the team at butchershop did a great job as always hosting a party friday night.

dan macadam at crosshair was nice enough to receive all your shipments and carry them up the four flights of stairs into his space, store them, and oversee the cardboard and mailing tube storage.

[i am having a hard time thinking, since peveto, clay, and bobby dixon are sitting at my kitchen table laughing hysterically to the 'farting preacher' videos on youtube.]

I just wanted to say thanks to all the artists, you guys make volunteering a pleasure! Everyone was friendly and so easy to deal with and as long as there is a Flatstock in Chicago and I am physically able to, I'll be there to help out!

Thanks for making the work fun, if only my day job was the same way!

I still can't believe we sold out of tubes!
