    Special Techniques: None

    Size: 12x24 Horizontal

    Style: None

Required Items: Any and every poster cliche you can think of

    Date and Time: May 14th

Artist(s): Headliners- Return of the Red Eye
Follow up acts- The Fraidy Cats

Ive spoken with the client(s) and this is what they want:

Return of the Red eye..... Geeky Stoner Rock gods (Imagine Weezer meets Metallica) are giving a show at GreenFeilds. They have been doing this for decades and are firm believers in sticking with what works. Your goal is to use every poster cliche you can think of in a new way. Make it nice and shiny. The more the better. Extra points for using the following.

    Day Glow
    Praying Skeleton
    Clip art Flourishes
    Ocotopus / Squid Images
    Owls or Bears
    Distress or fake folds
and Impact or Comic sans fonts

Dont be fooled... they dont want cheezy and WILL reject things that look half assed and thrown together, Bring your composition A game.

    Have fun!!

Kozik, Mike King, Pevetoe and I already covered this with our GP art print. I think we got most of the cliches anyway. But that was a few years ago. Some new ones surely have popped up since then.

Whatever anyone comes up with it better be on tan paper. And the pallet should only consist of pink, baby blue, green, orange and brown. Or any combo of those. Other colors are forbidden.

Unless you go straight metal style. Then only Red, black and silver should be used.

I like to use red black and gold for metal.

I'll use gold on occasion myself.

Like, stuff you see over and over and over. Unoriginal.

    It's still sweet, though.
