    Default FS9 - chicago - DOUBLE BOOTHS

so it's been a week, and we're not sold out yet, so let me know if you want a double booth. email me at <jryan@americanposterinstitute.com> and let me know if you want a second booth and i will write you back to give you the green light.

as of right now, NO ONE has a double booth.

second booths will be sold to current registrants in the order that the first booth registration was received, based on availability.

if you already have a booth, a second will be an additional $215.

if you're registering for your first time (we still have space) and you want a double booth, the total is $445. (a single booth, as mentioned in the other FS thread, are $230. go to www.flatstock.com for registration info.)

i'm sort of amazed that we haven't sold out, based on how many people were clammoring for a midwest flastsock, and on how quickly FS10 in seattle sold out.

    email me if interested. thanks.

So, as I now understand it, we're covered for up to 4 persons in a booth with paid booth fee of $230.

    That's brilliant.

No - no sacrasm at all - I think that's great & I'll be right up front & say I haven't read everything on the threads.

    I think we're in on FS9.

and I'm suprised that there's still space.

less the one we're going to take, that is.

I'm reading over the contract and it mentions that we are responsible for "sales tax and any other taxes associated" with the booth - anything to be concerned about?

as with bumbershoot, you are responsible for collecting sales tax and remitting it to the state. as with bumbershoot, we will be collecting your tax ID numbers and submitting them to the state.

how you keep your sales records is up to you.
