    i didnt find a previously running thread for this, but i found some awesome pictures of eyehategod performing from 2000 that i thought were lost and wanted to share them with any metal lovers out there in gp land. this in hopes of getting you guys to share your old show photos.

    these are oct 2000 at the Pandemonium (short lived) in louisville, ky.

    i think you mean Oct 2000 as the timestamp shows, not 2005.

    indeed it was. it was half (shitty) arcade, half high speed computer gaming 'cafe'. they were the black sheep buisness on the block because all kinds of punks and juvenile deliquents hung around outside causing trouble all the time. it wasn't until a while after they were open that they started putting on shows because no one was going there actually play any of the shitty arcade games or ragged pool tables (except me) and they were having money problems.

    I saw some pretty interesting shows there, including one where this noise band showed up and just started playing completely random shit before a show and ran everyone off before the scheduled bands had even set up. when the dude that owned the place realized what was going on he was pissed and cut the power and had to physically escort them out. the main dude playing trumpet never stopped, not even as he was being shoved out the back door. ha!

    those 2000 wire metro photos are awesome. i have never seen images from that recent. i wonder if they still play together. i saw einsturzende neubauten there at the metro. that was an awesome venue.
