shipping 50lbs. price differences.
so i bought something that's kind of heavy (50 lbs.) that will be shipped from outside of Austin.
the people insist on using ups and it will be $26.
so i checked around and based on the information they supplied as far as dimensions and weight here's a difference in price:
USPS parcel - around $40
UPS - under $30, if dropped at a UPS center
DHL - under $25, which included a pickup charge and insurance
FedEx - under $20, insurance included
6 bucks aint shit to haggle over
The rectal temperature of the Icelandic codfish is 34 degrees F.
i wasn't meaning it that way. i got a great deal on what i bought. i'm ok paying the $26, despite constant delivery problems with UPS.
