    Default Foam for exposure table

    Anybody have any suggestions where to find thick foam? I know one of the links said "furniture foam" but what do i look for in the yellow pages for that?

    i agree with steve, the local fabris store will def have what your looking for. Also try car accessories shop, they seem to have shit like that.

    Yeah, just go to any craft/fabric store, and ask for crafters foam. It comes in various thicknesses. We used the 3/4inch or 1inch thickness backed on plywood, and then we wrapped it in black cloth. (not totally necessary, but it absorbs all the light so it won't reflect back.) Then we just weigh it down with a cinder block.

    Easy.

    at the isle of printing we use that thick pink insulation 'foam board' from home depot. cut to fit the inside of the screen. weighed down with a power drill case. works super.

    I don't use foam.
    Black Construction paper with boxes
    full of LP covers that were too glossy
    to print on.
