    Default Exposure unit question

Has anyone ever used this (link) exposure unit, or something like it?

I'm just starting out so I hope something like this will work.

    Yes, we use that technique.

The bad part is that the photo lights only have a life of around 5 hours. Each of our screens is taking around 20-25 minutes exposure time. There are alot of things to keep in mind. What emulsion, what mesh count blah blah blah, but we will be trying the halogen lamps soon just to see how it works.

I used to use lamps like that to burn screens. It was almost always a pain in the ass. I built a lightbox and now everything is gravy. if you have no money/space it's probably your best bet.
