    Default stretch and burn...

    Hey all,

A fellow printer I know tossed some work my way. Stretching 2 screens
and burning them. It is for some regular clients of hers and she doesn't
have time. She told them about $65 bucks a piece. The screens are
20"x26" with 200 mesh count. Is $65 too much too little? I don't normally
stretch for anyone but me, but the money is well needed.

Any recomendations on what to charge. Oh, and I forgot. the films have been made by them

    Thanks,
    -D

I charge $25 for coating and burning a screen that size. For a restretch and glue it would cost me about $15-20 from my supplier, plus frieght.

    so that sounds pretty good.

Sometimes it more about they just need it done and don't have the time to set it up and do it. charge what you think is fare and make some cash. If they they yes and no comments about price then your cool. If they do them you have room to come down.
    money isn't always the factor.
