Default zip up hoodies (prints over the zipper)

zip up hoodiesanyone here print on zip up hoodies and print over the zipper. my boss wants to get into it for all the band shit we do. i have done by routing a slot down the middle of the board and by using 2 pieces of rigid cardboard to elevate the sweater and leaving a slot down the middle. how do you do it? does someone make a system for it? i need to figure out the best way to do it. thanks!

I think it's like an inch wide and like a quarter of an inch deep.

I'm not sure. I don't even know if we do charge extra for that. With the platens it's pretty easy. We don't actually print over the zipper...just as close to the zipper seem as we can get.
