Default High Gloss acrylic varnish help

Someone point me to some high gloss water based varnish that I can put through 200 mesh screens without it drying in the screens too fast. (over the counter stuff, I need it fast) The speedball varnish isn't thick or shiny enough.

Can I mix anything with regular acrylic painting varnish to slow the drying time?

The only thing I've had any success with is mixing in some of those cheap Delta finishes. They make this material used for surface prepping wood, metal and ceramic, and it gives the paper the craziest texture. Kind of like a silky smooth leather or something.
