Default New screen printing set up

Oh hey! Wanted to send a quick post out on a new screen printing space we're setting up in Milwaukee. We're about 80% of the way to making it operational. We'll be setting up a kickstarter in the next couple weeks to get us the last bit we need to fully build out the space. The final goal is to get a print space running capable of printing on flatstock + fabric for now.

While this started out being a studio for just a couple of us to screen print in, we're hoping to extend the space to other artists in the area looking for a home to print. We're officially calling the space Primetime Adventures in Screen Printing. Here's a few photos of the progress we've made so far (...thanks to all you gig poster folks that have posted an insane amount of knowledge on here over the years. Unbelievably helpful - and also a BIG thank you to Discovery World. Thanks for giving me the big push to work on a way better print space with way better folks that actually give a shit). More photos to come w/ more detailed shots once we're fully built out.

    Good things to come:

Hey there gigposter peeps. Just wanted to send out a quick update. We officially got our first ever kickstarter campaign going to help us fund the space. We're almost there to making this a reality, just need a little bit of help getting the rest of the way there. If you have the time, check out our site and help make our registration dreams a magical reality.

Thanks a ton for backing us! Here's a quick update on a construction project we finished up this weekend. We built a vac table based on Andy Mac's plans. In the future, we're still looking to build some shelving with a drying cabinet built in for coated screens. We'll also be putting in a backlight to our washout booth and adjusting our lighting within our current light table (and adding in a timer).
