    Depends where you are what ink you have, go find a local supply place - Speedball to start, or another watyerbased acrylic paper ink.

    Paper...rag paper if they are high level fine art, otherwise, just a good heavy weight cover paper, the thicker the better.

    Get some cheap ass paper too, you will wreck a lot/need to proof.

    Do you have someone to make screens? Maybe they can help you print these, it is a whole thing unto itself.
