All of the ink companies have these inks but they are not called neon. Instead they are call florescent.
You can buy, ink, concentrated ink, or powders depending on the company.
They are all pretty much the same from company to company as there are only so many pigment that are florescent.
Florescent inks are not very light fast and the pink and magenta ones are especially prone to shifting color when exposed to sunlight for while.

Thank for the info. Really was wondering which company had the best ones. I have used tw graphics, Nazdar, wilflex, and CCI water based inks before, but I know certain companies have better flo inks. Just didn't want to buy some of each.

I'm in the same boat, deciding on which fluorescent inks to use.

Speedball is releasing a new fluorescent acrylic water based ink (for posters, not for shirts) in March. Check out the Speedball facebook page. No one can speak to the quality now, but one can anticipate them being easily accessible and cheap.

This is a weird, weird statement. You either work for Speedball or you're weird.

Well, then. Welcome to the grade school sandbox.

I'm not quite sure what's 'weird' about a statement that contains straight-forward information about a new product that I recently saw on the company's facebook page, or a person that writes it. The timing was coincidental... I guess some people consider coincidence 'weird,' for lack of a better word to describe a statement (or a person) that tries to add more to the discussion than his own. No one cares if you write 'witty' posts, but do everyone a favor and try not to pull us (especially those without as much experience as you) into your world to breathe your toxic air of superiority and pretension.

We just got a sample kit from Speedball to test for them. Speedball is NC, not Orlando.

They are finally updating their black to be more like TW's 5500 series. Finished our tests of that and we're really impressed.

I just break open a neon sign and pour the neon into some trans base.
