So I bought new chemicals, I bought the ER/35 remover and gave it another go on my screens (coated with speedball) and the emulsion came off no problem without even a pressure washer (no car wash blues for me!). I also bought some Ulano TZ as Cecilyrhys suggested, I've coated my screens, they are currently drying.
That said I actually just figured out the problem, we were using the Speed Ball screen filler remover not photo emulsion remover. So yeah, duh. Anyway now I'm equipped with the proper gear anyway I think. Can't wait to get some results! Thanks for the help.
Damn, man. I grab a Hertz on Demand car and drive them to the one next neighborhood over... about a mile. There's one a tad bit closer that I can walk to but its power washer suuuuuucks so it's actually cheaper for me to pay $10 for a rental and use the better washer at this other one. As long as I do a bunch of screens at once, of course.
ok so, problem solved, idiotically it turns out we were using screen fluid remover not emulsion remover. So yeah duh, obviously it didn't work, but cecilyrhys, I did by the chemicals you recommended and it is way better! and I haven't really needed a pressure washer so far, although I'm sure as time goes I'll start seeing the need for it.
