    If the screen is staying stuck and you are peeling, you won't get the ink to transfer properly, the screen won't clear, and it will dry in.
    You said it perfect Andymac. After about 2 passes the screen starts to stick and everything dries in the screen. Ill give Victory a call see if they can help me out with high tension on a 110. Thanks for the feedback guys!

    Do you think screen opener is a wise choice if I plan to keep using water based inks?

    The only reason to flash would be if you're printing a second color with a different screen right after the white. If it's just the white then the goal should be to get it perfect in one hit.
    Sorry guess I didn't mention I'm trying to do a 4 color print, not sure if my link works in the 3rd post or not.

    Screen opener is also known as water and a sponge in our shop
