Default rent share studio in brooklyn?

I just moved to brooklyn a month ago and things are going swimmingly except for a lack of studio space. I donated my entire studio to the artist residency program I work for occasionally when I decided to move. I have some small album cover jobs coming up and a tour poster that i need to bang out. Who is working in brooklyn? Gowanus print lab is very expensive. What other resources are there in brooklyn?

Welcome to bklyn. Try Bushwick Print lab.
Bushwick Print Lab | 17-17 Troutman St, #203-204, Ridgewood, NY
And BTW reality check, junk is more expensive here. If you think $75 for 2 days in a fully equipped shop is expensive you might have problems getting past some of our other expenses here as well. But not to worry the pizza is better here so it all works out in the end.

I'm coming to terms with the expense. Learning curve from having a full studio all by myself in chicago.

Bushwick Print Lab is the more affordable space with more dedicated rack space; the only hitch is you have to email/call in advance to reserve space (although we haven't had a problem with that yet). I'd vouch for them, we used to use Gowanus, and while the space is much bigger, they only have one rack and it's shared. Good luck, and welcome!

I'm so used to buying all my own equipment and material. Having a fully stocked shop really is an advantage. I wouldn't mind teaching or printing for others, heck, I'd pull paper for free to meet some people and shoot the shit about my new city.

You could come in and use my shop if you were willing to also print some editions for me. I'm in Soho. Shoot me a message. Only problem is we are going to Europe for a month in August.
