Default is this the correct light?

I was about to order these blacklight fluorescent bulbs... then I read in the description that it filters most visible light.

You just need the UV part of the spectrum really.

Says in the spec sheet that it emits UV light and gives a fair amount of cautions and warnings for it, so I would think it would work.

Turn it on and look at it for 10 minutes up real close.
When you turn it off and you have lost your sight except for little green bars imprinted on your brain, well hell yeah!

Thank you for the responses. I was just making certain these would be the correct bulbs. I ordered them today, should be here next week. I still need the glass and a vacuum top but the. I'm finally be back and running.

Andymac, should I take off my glasses before staring at the light?

They sell retrofit kits for people who want to replace their existing tubes with the LEDs.
