    Default For manual shirt printers...

Does anybody have a good solution for attaching brackets to platens. Screws pull out over time. I tried those furniture anchors where you drill a hole, hammer them in, and they have a threaded inside, but even those are starting to wiggle around. Any ideas?

Sounds to me like your platens might be made out of something kind of crappy....or you're using the wrong kind of screws....or you're beating the hell out of your platens/brackets. I've never had a problem with wood screws loosening up on mine.

Hmm. Maybe they're just cheap. Got them off ebay. Melamine both sides with mdf in the middle, but that papery kind, not the kind where you can actually see the wood chips in the particle board. What is everyone else using?
