Hey I know a bunch of you TW users pre-wet your screens with various mixtures before printing. I don't use TW inks, mostly Speedball, as well as many inks I concoct from he Createx Opaque and Lyntex paper Mediums and Pure Pigments. I don't pre-wet and I've never had any issues with locking in or drying in while hand printing. The only thing that ever comes close for me is White or metallics on longer runs. I noticed it on the last High on Fire poster I just printed and was thinking that maybe a pre-wet before the white might actually be benificial. Do any of you people out there pre-wet with inks other than TW? I've got 500 12" record inserts, two sided with white and metallics I need to print this weekend so I was hoping to get some tips. Thanks.
