Yes forgot to add push in duds. Also if we move the reg while printing we stick a scrap piece of paper on the rack where we moved. This way movements stay segregated.

It helps his one rack problem. Speeds everything up = help. The real answer is to buy another rack.

Thanks all! i thought of the shims bit, but was thinking i'd need at least 50 to 100 of whatever it is i use to add the space to whack between each level, but might be able to go one by one. My Ink dries fast enough that i think i i could easily start at the bottom after the rack fills without any effect on the first one laid in.

the thought crossed my mind to leave the second layer of posters hanging out a bit (or more than a bit), but actually leaving the first set hanging out to use as a guide for getting the second layer in is brilliant, and just might solve my problem, especially if coupled with the shim idea. I think i have enough leftover left/right space space in the RACK that a wooden door stop or 2 jammed in there can give me enough room to get the second print in.

I'D LOVE to get another rack or even just a bigger one, but i dont print full time and actually just rent space in a bigger studio that does mostly textile printing. So i have a corner in that studio with my graphics table and the drying rack, and since its not really my studio I cant fill it up with stuff the other guy doesn't regularly need. Maybe one day, hopefully that day is soon.

Thanks again i think that should sort it, but if anyone has other ideas fire away!

    rack.
